Style Shifter SASU (“Style Shifter”, “we”, “our”) respects privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Style Shifter plugin (the “Plugin”) processes information when used by shoppers (“Users”) on the product pages of participating brands (the “Brand”).

2. What the Plugin Does

The Plugin is offered to shoppers (“Users”) free of charge by the Brand as part of their shopping experience and allows them to:

Upload a photo to visualize how a garment might look on their body (“Virtual Try-On”).
Receive an indicative size recommendation based on that photo (“Size Recommendation”).

3. Image Processing

Photos Users upload are processed only in real time to generate try-on and size recommendation results.

Processing is automatic, temporary, and ephemeral:

Images are not stored, saved, or retained once the result is displayed.
Neither Style Shifter nor the Brand has access to Users’ photos.
After processing, images are permanently discarded.

4. Analytics Data

To improve our technology and ensure proper functioning of the Plugin, we may collect limited analytical information, such as:

Number of times the Plugin is activated,
Number of image processings,
Technical performance indicators (e.g., response time, error logs).

This information is collected only in aggregated or anonymized form. It does not allow us, nor the Brand, to identify Users personally.

5. Other Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or process any other personal data about Users through the Plugin.

Users’ shopping activity, orders, and payments are handled exclusively by the Brand, under their own privacy policy.

6. GDPR Compliance

Because uploaded photos are processed only ephemerally and never stored or accessible, neither Style Shifter nor the Brand retains personal data from this processing.

As no personal data are kept, GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection cannot be exercised after the session ends.

The processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR and French data protection law, with full respect for your privacy.

7. Data Security

We use secure processing methods to ensure that images are handled safely and automatically deleted after use.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
